Another missing piece that plays very important role in the success of any overseas marketing campaign is the role played by the property managers. If you feel that your in-house property manager consisting of one or two salaried employees are able and qualified, dont replace them but retrain them further. But always ensure that their loyalty is not only to you as the project owner, but also to the unit buyers.

In the Philippines, the widespread practice is for the condominium or town house buyers to form themselves into an association with the primary intent of managing and fixing the building. In some cases, property developers still maintain an in-house handyman as a pseudo property manager.
